The theme of the Educational Development Centre (EDC) for the 2023/2024 Academic Year “Internationalization and Teaching Quality Improvement”
EDC will collaborate with different departments of the university, the President’s Office, University Library, Information Technology Development Office, the Research and Technology Administration Office, our senior faculty members and Teaching Excellence Award Winners to organize a series of targeted sessions/ talks/ conferences/ forums/ workshops /etc. for our teachers (especially for new teachers) and PhD students.

Guo Xiaoli Senior Vice Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Branch of Lange Research Institute. Engaged in the design and research of artificial intelligence English teaching products for 14 years. Main research directions include digital resource recognition and analysis technology, big data teaching quality evaluation, and the integration model of artificial intelligence and English teaching. Many of the results of leading R&D, such as AI textbook editing, AI lesson plan making, AI test paper making, and big data cognitive quality evaluation, have been granted invention patent and practically applied in English teaching in many schools, with significant effects.
